Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator, Melinda Flint, filed a "Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, and in the Alternative, Petition for Writ of Mandamus" challenging the trial court's contempt and commitment order. Because the parties have entered into a mediated settlement agreement, Relator subsequently filed a motion to dismiss her petition. We grant the motion and dismiss the petition.

The underlying case is In the Interest of K.F., B.F., and E.F., cause number 2015-54382, pending in the 309th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Sheri Y. Dean presiding.
