IN RE KERRY FIELDS, Relator

Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator, Kerry Fields, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus, challenging the trial court's order granting the real party in interest, GEICO Advantage Insurance Company's, motion to strike and exclude relator's trial exhibits and trial witnesses.

The underlying case is Kerry Fields v. GEICO Advantage Insurance Company, cause number 1064743, pending in the County Civil Court at Law No. 2 of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Theresa Chang presiding.

We deny the petition for writ of mandamus. We withdraw our June 12, 2017 order that granted a temporary stay of the trial court proceedings. The real party in interest's request for sanctions is also denied.

The petition fails to comply with the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.3(j), 52.7.

PER CURIAM Panel consists of Chief Justice Radack and Justices Keyes and Massengale.
