Original Mandamus Proceeding.

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 18-11-36606-MCV, styled Vince Ventura Ibarra and Alexandra Aguilar v. FCA U.S. LLC and Gerard Santellano, pending in the 293rd Judicial District Court, Maverick County, Texas, the Honorable Maribel Flores presiding.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

On February 29, 2024, relator filed a first amended petition for writ of mandamus. This court believes a serious question concerning the mandamus relief sought requires further consideration. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(b). Respondent and real parties in interest may file a response to the amended petition in this court no later than March 26, 2024. Any such response must conform to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 52.4. Relator may file a reply in this court no later than April 2, 2024.

It is so ORDERED.
