ESTATES OF DECEDENTS, § 108stock wrongfully sold by decedent as executor of her husband's estate. Where decedent as executor of her husband's estate took certain stock from the estate and sold it as an individual, such stock having been inventoried by decedent as belonging to her husband, lower court properly found administrator de bonis non of the husband entitled to proceeds of sale and remainder of such stock.
