MEMORANDUM OPINION
On January 22, 2004, relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus. Relator's petition does not comply with Rule 52 of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. First, relator does not verify by an affidavit made on personal knowledge that all of the statements in the petition are true and correct. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.3. Second, relator does not provide all of the facts pertinent to his complaint. See id. at (g). Third, relator does not include an appendix that contains a certified or sworn copy of the trial court's order, a transcript of the hearing on relator's motion to withdraw (if any), or a certified or sworn copy of counsel's motion to withdraw. See id. at (j). Without a complete record from the proceeding below, this court cannot determine whether relator is entitled to relief. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is denied without prejudice. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a).
