MEMORANDUM OPINION


By petition for writ of mandamus, relator, Kimberly Pace Dunn, challenges the trial court's August 20, 2007 "Order Denying Jurisdiction of Suit Affecting Parent-Child Relationship."

The underlying case is In the Interest of A.W.M. and A.T.M., Children, No. 24687, in the 300th District Court of Brazoria County, Texas, the Honorable K. Randall Hufstetler, presiding.

We deny the petition for writ of mandamus.
