ORDER

PER CURIAM

On February 27, 2023, relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus. Relator's petition represented that the parties were set for a jury trial in the underlying cause on February 21, 2023. We requested responses from the trial court and real parties in interest. The deadline to file a response has expired and no responses have been filed.

We ORDER relator to file, no later than April 17, 2023, an advisory in this court detailing the following: (1) whether the jury trial in the underlying cause proceeded on February 21, 2023; (2) if the jury trial did proceed, the outcome of the trial; and (3) any change in the mandamus relief sought. Real parties may file a response to relator's advisory no later than April 20, 2023.

Relator's failure to comply with this order will result in a denial of the mandamus petition. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a).

It is so ORDERED
