IN RE Kevin Doty and Elizabeth DOTY

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Original Mandamus Proceeding PER CURIAM Sitting: Sandee Bryan Marion, Chief Justice Karen Angelini, Justice Luz Elena D. Chapa, Justice PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. CC-15-100, styled Richard Davidson v. Kevin Doty, pending in the 229th Judicial District Court, Jim Hogg County, Texas, the Honorable Ana Lisa Garza presiding.

On January 19, 2017, Relators filed a petition for writ of mandamus and an emergency motion for temporary relief. This court granted a stay and requested a response. The real party in interest filed a response and Relator filed a reply. The court has considered the petition for writ of mandamus, response, and reply and is of the opinion that Relators are not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
