Original Mandamus Proceeding

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. CC-15-100, styled Richard Davidson v. Kevin Doty and Elizabeth Doty, pending in the 229th Judicial District Court, Jim Hogg County, Texas, the Honorable Ana Lisa Garza presiding.

ORDER

On January 19, 2017, Relators filed a petition for writ of mandamus and motion for emergency stay. This court has considered the petition and is of the opinion that Relators are not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a). The stay issued by this court on January 24, 2017 is hereby LIFTED. The court's opinion will issue at a later date.

It is so ORDERED on April 11, 2017.
