Original Mandamus Proceeding.

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2004-58638, styled Scott Dauner, Individually, and as Next Friend of Robert Scott Dauner, a Minor, v. Kerrville Butane Company, Inc., Rickey Eugene Jones, John Jones, Donald J. Priour, Bertha E. Priour, Priour Partners, Ltd., James W. Priour, III, Edward Lewis, and Priour Partners II, LLC, pending in the 216th Judicial District Court, Kerr County, Texas, the Honorable Stephen P. Ables presiding.

Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied.

MEMORANDUM OPINION


On January 3, 2006, relator filed a petition for a writ of mandamus. The court has considered relator's petition and is of the opinion that relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, relator's petition for a writ of mandamus is denied. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a). Relator shall pay all costs incurred in this proceeding.
