Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator, David Patrick Daniel, has filed a petition for a writ of mandamus, challenging an order for interim attorney's fees and expenses under section 105.001 of the Texas Family Code.

The underlying proceeding is No. 2013-71645, In the Interest of L.B.D., a Minor Child, in the 308th District Court of Harris County, the Honorable James Lombardino presiding.

We deny the petition and dismiss all pending motions as moot.
