This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2016CI02049, styled In the Interest of U. C., a Child, pending in the 37th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Antonia Arteaga presiding.

On April 4, 2017, Relator filed a motion to dismiss this mandamus proceeding "without prejudice to Relator's right to refile same."

The relator's motion to dismiss this proceeding is GRANTED. This mandamus proceeding is DISMISSED without prejudice. The court's opinion will issue at a later date.
