Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relators filed a petition for writ of mandamus asking us to compel the trial court to vacate its November 20, 2017 Temporary Restraining Order. We decline to do so.
The underlying case is Southbelt Industrial Park Association, LLC v. City of Pearland, Texas; Derrick Reed, Individually and in His Official capacity as a city council member; Tony Carbone, Individually and in His Official capacity as a city council member; Gary Moore, Individually and in His Official capacity as a city council member; Keith Ordeneaux, Individually and in His Official capacity as a city council member; J. David Little, Individually and in His Official capacity as a city council member; and Trent Perez, Individually and in His Official capacity as a city council member, cause number 2017-77666, pending in the 133rd District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Jaclanel McFarland presiding.
We deny the petition and dismiss any pending motions as moot. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(d).
