IN RE BRANDY CHARLES AND PROPHET RONALD DWAYNE WHITFIELD, Relators

Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators, Brandy Charles and Prophet Ronald Dwayne Whitfield, have filed a pro se petition for a writ of mandamus seeking to compel the respondent district judge to return the child in question and to dismiss the underlying suit affecting the parent-child relationship.

Although the relators' petition did not identify the underlying case's style, it noted that the trial court cause number is 2017-02559J, in the 314th District Court of Harris County, the Honorable John Phillips presiding.

We deny the petition for writ of mandamus. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a), (d). We dismiss all pending motions as moot.

PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Higley, Massengale, and Lloyd.
