Original Mandamus Proceeding

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2012-CI-11471, styled In the Interest of A.N.C. and H.C.C., pending in the 288th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Solomon Casseb III presiding.

ORDER

On August 30, 2017, real party in interest Rebekah M. Avants filed a motion for extension of time to file her response to the petition for writ of mandamus and Relator filed a "First Amended Motion for Stay and Temporary Relief."

Real Party in Interest's motion for extension of time is GRANTED. A response on behalf of the real party in interest is due September 15, 2017.

Relator's amended motion for stay and temporary relief is GRANTED. All proceedings in the underlying case are stayed pending final resolution of the petition for writ of mandamus filed in this court.

It is so ORDERED on August 31, 2017.
