Original Mandamus Proceeding

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2006-CR-10255, styled State of Texas v. Juan L. Caballero, filed in the 175th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Mary Roman presiding.

Sitting: ALMA L. LÓPEZ, Chief Justice, KAREN ANGELINI, Justice, REBECCA SIMMONS, Justice.

PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED AS MOOT

MEMORANDUM OPINION

The court has considered relator Juan L. Caballero's second pro se petition for a writ of mandamus seeking to compel a trial in the underlying criminal case. Because the case has proceeded to trial, the issue presented in relator's mandamus petition is moot. The petition for a writ of mandamus is therefore denied as moot. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a).
