This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2003-CI-13720, styled Kyle Brown and Tara Brown v. Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Texas, A Division of Health Care Service Corporation and Janah Rodriguez, Individually, pending in the 57th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable John Gabriel, Jr. presiding.

Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied.

MEMORANDUM OPINION


On July 8, 2005, relators filed a petition for writ of mandamus. This court has determined that the relators are not entitled to the relief sought. Therefore, the petition is denied. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a).
