MEMORANDUM OPINION


By petition for writ of mandamus, relator, Kenneth P. Beyers, complains of the trial court's January 4, 2007 order denying his motion for mental health examination.

The underlying case is In Interest of C.B., Minor Child, Cause No. 96-58281, in the 311th District Court of Harris County, Texas, Honorable Doug Warne, presiding.

We deny the petition for writ of mandamus.
