MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator Bob Bermett a/k/a Robert S. Bennett has filed a petition for a writ of mandamus complaining of Judge Block (appellate cause number 01-03 -00804-CV) Relator has also filed a petition for a temporary restraining order (appellate cause number 01-03-O0805-CV)

The Honorable Gary Michael Block, judge of the County Civil Court at Law No. 2 of Harris County, Texas. The underlying lawsuit is Kelly v. Bennett, No. 759593 (County Civ. Ct. at Law No. 2, Harris County, Tex.).

We deny the petitions for a writ of mandamus and a temporary restraining order.
