Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator, Jim Amir Ben-David, has filed a pro se petition for writ of mandamus requesting, among other things, that we compel the trial court to grant his motion for additional time at the Harris County Jail's law library. We deny the petition.

The underlying case is State of Texas v. Jim Amir Ben-David, cause numbers 1538890 and 1538891, pending in the 351st District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable George Powell presiding.
