Original Mandamus Proceeding.

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2002-CI-16202 styled In the Matter of the Marriage of Katherine E. Beaumont and Lee G. Beaumont and In the Interest of J.R.L.B., Minor Child, filed in the 408th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas. The Honorable Rebecca Simmons is the presiding judge of the 408th Judicial District Court; however, the Honorable Karen H. Pozza, presiding judge of the 407th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, conducted the hearing and ruled on the motion that is the subject of this proceeding.

Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied.

MEMORANDUM OPINION


On March 22, 2005, relator filed a motion for immediate temporary relief and a petition for writ of mandamus. This court has determined that relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Therefore, the motion and petition are DENIED. Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a).

Relator shall pay all costs incurred in this proceeding.
