The petition of the Commissioner of Children and Families for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court, 206 Conn. App. 572, ––– A.3d –––– (2021), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court properly expand the standard set forth in In re Ava W. , 336 Conn. 545, 248 A.3d 675 (2020), for deciding motions for postterimination visitation beyond the question of whether, under General Statutes § 46b-121 (b) (1), such visitation is ‘necessary or appropriate’ to secure the welfare of the child?"
