MEMORANDUM OPINION

Original Mandamus Proceeding PER CURIAM Sitting: Sandee Bryan Marion, Chief Justice Marialyn Barnard, Justice Patricia O. Alvarez, Justice PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2016PA02259, styled In the Interest of C.W., et al., Children, pending in the 407th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Dick Alcala presiding.

On April 5, 2017, Relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus. The court has considered the petition for writ of mandamus and is of the opinion that Relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
