MEMORANDUM OPINION
PER CURIAM
Appellant, Sean Bryant Steves, has failed to timely file a brief. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(a), 38.8(a). On May 19, 2022 and June 15, 2022, the Clerk of this Court notified appellant that his appellant's brief was past due and his appeal was subject to dismissal. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a), 42.3(b), 42.3(f). Appellant did not adequately respond. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b), (c). Based on appellant's failure to file a brief, appellee, Linda Quayle, filed a motion to dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b). Although appellee failed to include a certificate of conference in her motion, more than ten days have passed, and appellant has not responded to the motion. See Tex. R. App. P. 10.1(a)(5), 10.3(a).
We grant appellee's motion and dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution for failure to timely file a brief. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a), 42.3(b), 43.2(f). We dismiss any pending motions as moot.
