MOSTAFA S. IBRAHIM, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Courtney D. Jones, Judge.

This case is scheduled for trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on September 19, 2022, for New York, New York. On August 12, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report and advised that a basis for settlement has been reached. However, the parties require additional time to execute and file the proposed stipulated decision document.

Upon the filing of petitioner's First Amended Petition (Doc. 8), on which petitioner elected to conduct this case under regular tax case procedures, the Court removed the "S" from the docket number for this case. Accordingly, the docket number on all subsequent documents filed by the parties, including the proposed stipulated decision due September 23, 2022, shall be written as "17552-21". Unless informed otherwise, we will disregard the "S" in docket number "17552-21S" on respondent's Answer (Doc. 9) and Status Report (Doc. 12) as an inadvertent error.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on September 19, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 23, 2022, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
