BUILDINGS AND BUILDING RESTRICTIONS, § 59building line restriction, enforcement. Building line restriction contained in deed to lake property could be enforced by another lot owner, and the fact that two lots bordering the lake were used for business purposes did not prevent plaintiff from compelling defendant, whose lot adjoined his, to observe such restriction.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Lake county; Hon. RALPH J. DADY, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in this court at May term, 1940.
