Opinion filed June 28, 1940 Rehearing denied February 4, 1941
BUILDINGS AND BUILDING RESTRICTIONS, § 59 — building line restriction, enforcement. Building line restriction contained in deed to lake property could be enforced by another lot owner, and the fact that two lots bordering the lake were used for business purposes did not prevent plaintiff from compelling defendant, whose lot adjoined his, to observe such restriction.
