BROKERS, § 76commission as earned where principal refuses to consummate sale. Where a sales agreement was made for the sale of a farm and the broker made a sale in accordance with the terms of the original sales agreement and the principal refused to perform and rescinded the agreement, there was sufficient evidence to sustain a verdict and judgment for the broker for his commissions.
