AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 119when verdict for defendants whose automobile fatally injured child is not against manifest weight of evidence. In action for death of five-year old boy who, in undertaking to cross village road, was struck and fatally injured by defendants' automobile, held that, under evidence, verdict for defendants, approved as it was by trial judge, was not against manifest weight of evidence.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. FRANCIS B. ALLEGRETTI, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the October term, 1943.
