COSTS, § 65improper lump sum allowance for attorneys' fees. Lump sum allowance of $5,000 to plaintiffs for attorneys' fees was improper where fees for services which Were of no benefit to trust estate were included therein and not segregated from other items listed in petition for fees.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. FRANK M. PADDEN, Judge, presiding.

Reversed and remanded. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the April term, 1947.
