MEDICINE AND SURGERY, § 15directed verdict in malpractice suit, no evidence of negligence. In an action for malpractice plaintiff failed to prove that the delayed union of fractures in his leg was due to and caused by negligent treatment given by his physician and a directed verdict for defendant was proper.

Appeal from Superior Court of Cook county; Hon. M.L. McKINLEY, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in first division, first district, this court at June term, 1941.
