PER CURIAM.
We dismiss Petitioner Kathy Hester's petition as it relates to the order striking Ms. Hester's counterclaim without prejudice. See Martin-Johnson, Inc. v. Savage , 509 So. 2d 1097, 1099 (Fla. 1987) ("Ordinarily, orders on motions to strike or dismiss claims do not qualify for review by certiorari."), superseded on other grounds by statute , § 768.72, Fla. Stat. (1989) ; Majestic Sun Owners' Ass'n v. Fla. Condos I Ltd. P'ship , 895 So. 2d 534, 534-35 (Fla. 1st DCA 2005) ; Sciabbarrasi v. Uddo , 466 So. 2d 19, 20 (Fla. 5th DCA 1985). We deny the petition as it relates to the order denying Ms. Hester's motion to dissolve lis pendens. See Majestic Sun Owners' Ass'n , 895 So. 2d at 534-35 ; see also Chessler v. All Am. Semiconductor, Inc. , 225 So. 3d 849, 852 (Fla. 3d DCA 2016).
Dismissed.
