COSTS, § 57apportionment of costs. In action by one sister against another sister for accounting for rents and for other relief, where partition of property owned by them as equal tenants in common was decreed, court properly balanced equities, and apportioned charges and costs between them.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the HON. JOHN C. LEWE, Judge, presiding.
