AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 111sufficiency of evidence in collision case. In action against husband and wife for personal injuries and property damage allegedly sustained when plaintiffs' automobile collided with defendants' automobile at an intersection of streets on which there were no stopsigns, wherein wife filed a counterclaim for property damage alleging that husband, as her agent, was driving an automobile owned by her, evidence sustained verdict finding defendants and counter-defendants not guilty.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Jersey county; the Hon. L. E. WILHITE, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in this court at the February term, 1949.
