MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before QUINN, C.J., and PIRTLE and PARKER, JJ.

Appellant, Robin Hawkins, appeals from the trial court's Order Granting Motion for Final Summary Judgment as to Possession, granting possession of property to Appellee, MB & RB Investments, LLC. Hawkins's brief was originally due February 16, 2021, but was not filed. Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal for want of prosecution. TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b).
