MODIFICATION OF OPINION AND ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR REHEARING

Los Angeles County Super. Ct. No. BC343856

Our opinion, filed February 28, 2008, is modified by deleting the last three sentences of the second full paragraph beginning on page 4 and ending on page 5 of the typed opinion (the deleted portion begins on page 4 with the words “Additional and unexplained” and ends on page 5 with the words “not able to address”).

This modification does not affect the judgment.

The petition for rehearing is denied.
