Pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 10.4(a) the motion ruled on through this Order may have been decided by a single Justice sitting on the panel.

The Court has this day considered the Honorable Kristina Escalona's request for extension of time to obtain reporter's record and make appropriate findings of fact and conclusions of law and concludes the motion should be GRANTED. Therefore, the trial court has until November 29, 2024 to submit those items.
