AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 112verdict of jury on conflicting evidence upheld. In an action to recover for personal injuries sustained as result of collision between automobile in which plaintiff was riding and automobile driven by defendant's deceased, verdict for plaintiff held not against manifest weight of evidence.

Appeal from Superior Court of Cook county; Hon. WALTER T. STANTON, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in first division, first district, this court at June term, 1941.
