DIRECTING VERDICT AND DEMURRERS TO EVIDENCE, § 24 — directing verdict for defendant where there is some evidence tending to support plaintiff's complaint. Trial court is not permitted to direct a verdict for the defendant where there is any evidence fairly tending to prove the allegations of the plaintiff's complaint.
