ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a proper person appeal docketed in this court on November 23, 2010, without the requisite filing fee. On July 26, 2011, this court entered an order directing appellant to file his request for leave to proceed in forma pauperis in the district court or pay the filing fee. The order further advised that if he failed to comply with this court's directive that this appeal may be dismissed. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee or otherwise responded to this court's order. Accordingly, cause appearing, this appeal is dismissed.

After reviewing appellant's documents submitted on December 3, 2011, and December 30, 2011, it has been determined that the relief requested is unwarranted.

It is so ORDERED.
