AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 120.1 — motorcyclist injured, sufficiency of evidence. Where plaintiff on his motorcycle was following defendant's automobile, and collided with approaching automobile when he attempted to pass defendant, plaintiff contending that defendant suddenly decreased his speed without giving warning, evidence supported judgment below for defendant, and jury was properly instructed.
