BROKERS, § 105 sufficiency of evidence in action for commission. Evidence warranted verdict and judgment for plaintiff in licensed real estate broker's action for commission allegedly due for obtaining a buyer ready, willing and able to buy defendant's real estate, as against defendant's contention that he submitted the property to plaintiff for sale at a price of $60,000 instead of $55,000 as claimed by plaintiff.

Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. VICTOR A. KULA, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the October term, 1948.
