Greene v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fifth District
Jun 27, 2003
851 So. 2d 766 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2003)

Opinion

Case No. 5D03-1259.

Opinion filed June 27, 2003.

Petition for Writ of Mandamus, Stan Strickland, Respondent Judge.

Steven G. Mason of the Law Offices of Steven G. Mason, Orlando, for Petitioner.

Charles J. Crist, Jr., Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Timothy D. Wilson, Assistant Attorney General, Daytona Beach, for Respondent.

We elect to treat the petition for writ of mandamus as an appeal of the trial court's orders denying Petitioner's request to compel the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Orange County to produce certain records. Having thoroughly reviewed the matter, we find no error.

AFFIRMED.

PETERSON, PALMER and ORFINGER, JJ., concur.
