APPEAL AND ERROR, § 885waiver of ruling on motion to withdraw juror. In action for purchase price of paper boxes where jury found that the boxes had not been ordered, plaintiff could not complain of alleged inflammatory remarks to jury by counsel for defendant, where plaintiff made a motion to withdraw a juror, but same motion asked court to reserve its ruling, which was done.

Appeal from Municipal Court of Chicago; Hon. JOHN V. McCORMICK, presiding. Affirmed. Heard in third division, first district, at June term, 1939; opinion filed February 14, 1940.
