PARENT AND CHILD, § 15liability of mother for costs of education. Mother of minor children was liable to private school for tuition, luncheons and supplies furnished children, notwithstanding fact that divorced father of children was also liable for such items.

Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. JOHN T. ZURIS, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in the third division, first district, this court at the June term, 1942.
