Judgment and order denying motion to set aside verdict unanimously affirmed, without costs, pursuant to Civil Practice Act, section 106, upon authority of Gastiger v. Horowitz [ ante, p. 284], decided herewith.

Verdict was for $500 in an action to recover for loss of services of infant son. — [REP.
