APPEAL AND ERROR, § 771 — abstract, sufficiency. Where wife sought to foreclose trust deeds on ground that they belonged to her as result of contract with her husband, and also that they were the subject of a gift, appeal from finding below that trust deeds belonged to the husband was dismissed where abstract of the record did not contain the pleadings and decree at all, and master's report and objections thereto were incomplete.

Affirmed. Heard in second division, first district, this court at October term, 1938.
