Upon the authority of Greene v. Galloway, 332 So.2d 52 (Fla. 1st DCA 1976), the order under review is reversed with directions to award a reasonable attorney's fee to appellant pursuant to Section 64.081, Florida Statutes (1981).

Reversed and remanded with directions.
