Order Granting Motion for Recusal


The matter before the Court is Petitioner Michael E. Franklin's unopposed motion for recusal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 455(b)(2). The Court grants the motion. Accordingly, it is hereby ordered that the Clerk of the Court is directed to randomly refer this case to another district court judge for any further proceedings which may be appropriate or required.

This motion was determined to be suitable for decision without oral argument. E.D. Cal. L.R. 78-230(h).
