The Court having issued its Order to Show Cause to respondents and respondents having failed to file a response to said Order to Show Cause,

IT IS ORDERED that respondents, Macel Zambrano, and Bosilevac, Zambrano and Associates, Inc. are permanently enjoined and restrained from engaging in the acts complained of and from otherwise engaging in the practice of law in the State of Florida.

Respondents shall pay restitution in the amount of $5,895.00 to Walter Salinas under the terms and conditions set forth in the petition.

Respondents are assessed a $1,000 monetary penalty pursuant to Rule 10-7.1(d)(1) of the Rules Regulating the Florida Bar, which shall be paid to this Court within sixty (60) days of this order.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Macel Zambrano, and Bosilevac, Zambrano and Associates, Inc. in the amount of $797.82, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing and, if filed, determined.
