WRIT NOT CONSIDERED. The writ application fails to comply in significant respects with Rule 4-5, Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal. Most importantly, relators did not include a copy of the judgment or ruling complained of in violation of Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal Rule 4-5 (C)(6) or a copy of any pertinent court minutes in violation of Rule 4-5 (C)(10).
Supplementation of this writ application and/or an application for rehearing will not be considered. Rules 4-9 and 2-18.7, Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal.
In the event relators seek to file a new application with this Court, it must contain all pertinent documentation and must comply with Rules 2-12.2 of the Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal. Any new application must also comply with the revision to Rule 4-5, Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, effective April 15, 2010, as to binding and documentation. See Rule 4-5 (B) and 4-5 (C)(9). Any new application must be filed on or before April 8, 2013, and must contain a copy of this ruling.
